| Pregnancy
Counseling Professional counseling is provided through Sellers to assist girls in making permanent plans for herself and her baby. Whether a girl chooses to parent or place her child for adoption, the decision is difficult. |

Place To Live - Residential Care Sellers Maternity Ministries offers residential care for girls in need of a place to stay during their pregnancy. The home is located at 13758 Denham Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. |
| Girls are accepted at Sellers at anytime during their pregnancy, but are encouraged to seek help during their first trimester. |

Once a girl comes to the home, all services, including living expenses
and medical needs are provided including prenatal, obstetrics and
post-delivery care. Babies born to residents of Sellers are delivered
at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, Louisiana. During their stay at Sellers, girls are able to continue their education through the local school system or attend a vocational training institute or community college. Life skills training is also provided. |
| Abortion
& Post Abortion Counseling Abortion is a difficult choice, which can result in extremely painful consequences, not only for your baby, but also for you. The emotional and physical results of abortion are commonly long-term and often require intensive therapy in order to resolve issues of grief and loss. Abortion is a final decision, which cannot be undone. Adoption Services Although placing a baby for adoption is not required to receive care at the maternity home, a girl may choose to do so. Licensed adoption services are available through the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home. Parenting/Life Skills Training If a girl chooses to keep her baby, parent training, financial planning and other appropriate assistance is provided in an effort to give her the skills to begin her new life as a mother. |
